What do mean by alternative? could you give some more info (links/pics etc.)?

I would like to use the shape key as pictured above on my Filco Ninja keyboard.  Is it possible to modify the board etc. to make the above key work.  I really like how the return key pictured above looks.

That's an ISO enter and you'd have to mod the plate and PCB in order to get that to work. It's probably not worth the time/effort to do it if you have ANSI layout already.
