It's interesting that the model # of these is PD-KB500 (the current HHKB is PD-KB400). Like it's the successor of the current model.

I wish these were still available. And not that expensive.

And if someone wanted to commision one in 21k solid gold bullion, and sent it to me, I guess I would use it...

Urushi lacquer which is used for the HG Japan will definitely last.
