Found this one attached to a QUME QVT 61 Terminal.
MX black on all keys.
DS key caps.
BIG space bar.
Painted/Engraved Numeric Pad block (telephone use?) on the DS caps...
Custom functions engraved in portuguese.

In storage at my job IT area.
I guess it is not in use for several years now.
In a quick search I could not find an adapter to get it to USB or PS/2, it uses a 4 pin connector, and maybe 12V (?).
Really like the DS caps :)

Very nice.
Can we see the NumPad block?
The QUME has a big coat of paint on top of those caps, I am curious as to the original layout.
What is the connector type?
The qume should be one of these, I guess:

The numpad of the Link? (I assume so, as the Qume one is visible.

These keys I did not remove or clean (whereas the alpha nums spent some time on my QFR).

Thanks ;)
Is the connector also 4 pin RJ ?
Do you have it working, as bazemk?

Yes and yes - although only when connected to the Link terminal screen.
