I sent him 2 PMs 4 days ago and didn't receive a reply, so I figured maybe he doesn't ship to USA, especially considering I saw someone say that people outside China need a proxy.

Naw dude, imsto just isn't very fast at replying to Pms. I hate it, but that's just how he is.

He does ship to the US by the way
