Random missing/mismatched keycaps, no cables, pickup only, might or might not work (seller cannot test).

Anyone reckon they would be worth salvaging?

How difficult are these to get keycaps for i.e. caps lock, left shift, left ctrl, left alt, tab, 1, Esc, F1?

Cables?  Cables on eBay seem to cost more than these boards.
