Please only bump once per day, its only been 3 hours. You should go check if there are any ISO left over on the GH60 thread if you haven't already.

This guy has a great board to sell =) BUY IT
-
Very nice Kmac LE, GLWS ;)
-
Tadbitnerdy is a good guy...buy his board mang!
-
Sorry for the noob quesiton, but in my defense I did try to find the answer before posting this question: "Does the plate for this LE that you're selling allow switch mods w/o de-soldering?" As far as I can tell, it looks like the answer is no. Could you please confirm/refute as necessary? Thanks!
-
You are correct, the answer is no. Well, I guess with the proper amount of force, anything is possible, but then you would have a modded switch without a working keyboard... not ideal :)
-
LOL. Thanks & GLWS!
-
bump for great justice!
-
Mx mini received in perfect condition =D Thanks, brother.
-
That KMAC looks very classy and would only look better with the right set of key caps on it! I wish I could buy it tadbit, but it's just not the right time.... GLWS ;)
-
Well, its been 24 hours... bump!
And thanks all for bumping for interest/out of kindness. I appreciate it!
Best geek community I've had the pleasure of being a part of (though, also the most harmful to my wallet) :)

TadBitNerdy is an amazing guy to buy from. His shipping speed on my CMYK set gave me whiplash and he was insanely nice to deal with. GIVE HIM YOUR MONEY! :P
-
If this werent WKL I would be all over it! GLWS!!
-
You don't really NEED super anyway ;)
I'm loving my mx- mini, Tad. Thanks for such a great transaction!
-
tad is a great guy and always has stunning boards, i would buy this right now myself if shipping wouldnt make me cry on it

You do. But you DON'T need Caps Lock. So here's what you do. Set Caps to Ctrl, set Ctrls to Alts, and set Alts to Supers. Et voila!
-
Moose, that's way too much hardcore even for me. I do think I will make my caps into ctrl and switch l-ctrl into super :D.

Or you could just set Caps as Super. I used to do that, until I saw the light...
-
I wish I could do monthly payments on this lol.

you can via paypal feature bill me later, no interest for 6 months.... I purchased the TrixK board with stabilizers $530 + Dolch DSA buffed out $135, had the money but since I use their services constantly, at least 1 loan per year I can use, pay it off in 6 months like a breeze.
-
I think bill me later rejected me lol. Thanks for the advice though :)
Hmm maybe I will try it again lol

Oh dear.... I'm going to pretend I didn't hear that because that's WAY TOO TEMPTING! :p

That is another choice. And I don't think I will ever see the light with that "mess" you use =p

Wow guys, thanks for bumping my thread a lot! Grateful for the promotion/great feedback :)
Oh, and all-nighter programming for work bump!
-
Price drop!
-
Another all-nighter bump!
-
What are sticker whites? I've heard of whites and clears.
-
They are just white switches that have stickers in them. Search for other sticker threads to see what that is about =)
-
PM'ed. Good price on a nice keyboard.
-
PM Replied to :) Sorry for my lack of knowledge on KMACS. I haven't been on the scene for very long.
-
Good price on the kmac! :)

Do you know what kind of springs are in the switches tad?
-
Hi AKIMbO,
I'm sorry, I do not know. They feel a bit like standard blacks, but I can't say for certain. Just testing how it feels compared to my other switch types.
-
They feel like black switches, but have the click, right? Then they are most likely stock white.
-
Yes yes. You are correct. Thanks!
-
Buy my keyboard? Please?

Bump

Gotta ask since I see so many Kmacs moving around on these forums: how do y'all deal with missing Windows keys? I can't do it. I have tried. I realize I use them like every ten or so seconds. I can't imagine AutoHotkey being a permanent solution.
Regardless, free bump!

People use the windows key?
-
Ctrl+esc or just reprogram caps to be super if you really need it =).
-
Seriously, if someone buys this keyboard I will buy it back from you for the same price next year.
-
Thanks again Glissant for the info! You are greatly helping out my thread :)
I ditched the windows key in favor of reprogramming it to be the function key on my KMAC Mini. I never really used the windows key anyways. I always used AutoHotKey to map it to something useful.
Someone needs to buy this board before I change my mind! :)
-
Ctrl+esc or just reprogram caps to be super if you really need it =).
Only barely related, but I do this on my computers just for comfort. Winkey gets disabled, Caps gets set to Winkey. Who uses capslock on a regular basis anyway?

I do actually, because there are many variable values that are all caps... I use it most when creating dummy data.

Sadly in my line of work, it's a necessity. About 60% of what I do involves some sort of shortcut in the OS and the OS at work is Windows of some flavor. Fact of life for me.

Maybe my fingers are just sufficiently long to make it easy enough to not notice, but I do not get any discomfort or loss of speed from holding shift for such things.
Tools to "prettify" my code made me a little more lazy with this, but my shift gets heavy use.

PMing you now...
-
Hey man, could you post pictures of the back side of the pcb? also, could you post a pic of the two halves of the case next to each other, I'm curious if the two different shades is very noticeable? :) you da best!
-
Could you get a picture up of the KMAC to show how different the top and bottom finishes are?

Don't use SQL much? I can do it holding down shift but I slow down considerably.
-
Sorry for the wait! I will get that pic up tonight. If there is a difference, I can't tell.
