Looks like he may be sold out of the Blue on Blue sets (http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10.5.w4002-2339813136.111.cfoiF0&id=16951571544), but the best thing to to is PM him and ask.

I have these http://imgur.com/a/kn6mM blank blue caps from IMSTO for sale. Would prefer to trade actually for the same caps but non-blank. Either way let me know.
