Title: (eBay) What are these keys made of?

The first picture on the post almost made me think the keyboard was actually drawn, not a photo. Are these keys metal?

Looks like it might be plastic with a grey translucent rubber coating.

They look like relegendables, a blank cap with a close-fitting clear cover so you can use different paper labels on the keys.  Although I've never seen an entire space-bar with that kind of cover...

If they are what I think they are, my vintage Wang terminal board has a set in the Function row.
