Just got a FC660M from qtan and the 'i' key doesn't work. I am still waiting his email response to this.
Does anybody know what could cause the 'i' key to not work? What are my options?
I don't know how qtan deal with this, does anybody have an experience with defective product from qtan?
Can I just fix it myself?

If you can't get it resolved with qtan, the next step would be to check the switch: if could have a bad solder joint, in which case you just need to resolder it. Could be the actual switch mechanism being faulty. Either way, resoldering the existing switch or swapping in a new Blue switch will most likely fix it. These things can happen, sadly.

I have a defective keyboard from him. I e-mailed him asking what I can do, and he told me I can return it for a refund.
