Title: Designing keycaps for Group Buy (legends, file format advice needed)

Anyone provide some insight into how people do their designs for Signature Plastics? I'm pretty handy with graphic design software so I just need to know the format they're expecting. Also looking for the WYSE font used on most group buys, is this downloadable?
