Title: Why yes, I AM a new member!
Post by: id0827502 on Wed, 31 July 2013, 07:43:32
Hey guys,

Long time lurker, thought I'd now register and get in on things. Awesome community you guys have here, looking forward to being a part of it.

I'll be honest now and say that I don't have any keyboard experience but that, with a bit of luck, will hopefully change very soon.

See you all around!

Thanks!

I do not, unfortunately. I've always wanted a really nice, sturdy and purposeful keyboard but I sort of don't know what direction to look in. I know mechanical boards seem to be a general good start but from there it gets hazy.

I'm all for doing one thing and doing it well, but with a keyboard you do so many things with it that it kinda has no choice but to be a multi-purpose tool (which drives me insane).

And THAT'S why you need more than one!

But...but that means swapping things around...or more terminals to work from...oh God, where's my KVM switches...
