Is this the one? Seems like matching the description.

I bought some of these once.  Used them to connect a PS/2 KVM to USB computers with M/M adapters.  Great in theory, but the quality left something to be desired for.  Phantom keypresses drove me crazy.  Eventually I found a USB KVM on eBay to replace my PS/2 one.

Just be aware that with eBay-sourced adapters, you may run that risk.

I have had several that looked like that and never had a problem.

But, I am not a gamer, so I may be far less demanding than you.

Sooooryyyyyyyyyyyyyy...

Damm, I forgot the most important part, the link!
LOL
 :)

USB 2.0 to PS2 PS/2 PC Converter Connector Cable Cord Mouse /Keyboard Adapter (http://www.ebay.com/itm/200926636598?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649)

This is the one that I bought.

Regarding the "quality":
IMHO, pretty decent by this range of price.
Windows ready (generic drivers downloaded from internet automagically).
No issues whatsoever until now (I've tested it with 5 different keyboards and all of then worked fine).
No headaches AND I'm happy.

This is proof that just because it comes from China and it's cheap it doesn't means to be bad!
