Title: Leopold FC700R plate or pcb mounted?
Post by: Jokrik on Thu, 01 August 2013, 23:56:29
Hi all,
straight to the point i've some green switches (Plate mounted) on the way , and I'm thinking to desolder a filco and change the switches
however I came accross a leopold FC700R white which is more affordable
but I'm unable to find information wether its using a plate mounted or pcb mounted switch
can anyone confirm me?

Per this review - it appears to be plate mounted: Leopold FC700R Review (http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=41048.msg818613#msg818613)

As a general rule of thumb, no recent TKL are PCB-mounted.
