Title: Identify a japanese show

There's this vehicle thing, and has some sort of telescopic cannon, and the hero character gets into it, and it launches the dude to almost anywhere.

This is at least a 20 years old show.

haha, it's live action. not pizza cats..

I remember my awesome playmo pizza cats... ah fond memories
