Title: Where to buy 81 MX1A-L1NN for Canada?

I've been looking everywhere for plate mounted cherry mx red (is that the right model number?) and can't find any places that ship to Canada for a reasonable price. I've looked at Sayal, digi-key, and Mouser. Anyplace that does either charges too much per switch (greater than $1.00CAD) or has shipping that's more than the switches themselves. Also, any idea where to buy the costar stabilizers? The layout I'm using looks like this (http://i.imgur.com/h7Ghj3k.png) I'm going to get it made this weekend hopefully.
