I appreciate you all easing my paranoia. Qtan emailed me back this morning informing me that the correct caps have been sent out.
In hindsight I should have waited at least a day for him to respond before creating this thread but I was a little panicked at the prospect of him not speaking english.
Also I think I just needed to vent. Couldn't vent to my girlfriend because it's her surprise gift and nobody else I know would comprehend why I'm excited about keycaps in the first place.

All I have is a phone cam but I'll try and get a picture of it under better lighting later.
Edit: My girlfriend loves these caps, she's been gushing about them all day.
He sold me dud zinc key caps twice...v1 and v2.
Coating came off in a week and both were far too loose for either of my keyboards' switches.
His fault? Maybe. I never asked for a return or refund though.
Otherwise he's been a fine seller.
