I think it has the right price (not cheap - 190 USD CONUS only) since it is HHKB Pro 1.
A few days ago, I saw this one is even cheaper (183 USD) HHKB Pro 2:

Maybe its the photo but the case looks yellowed a bit.

yeah it looks kinda yellow on the left side.  its a little much for a pro 1 imo.

Make sure to note that this is the first version, NOT a Pro 2.


Which is probably why he re-listed it after a person 'purchased it in error'
