Not trying to troll, but curious as to why RD? Do you just want the low profile?
I've never seen a TKL RD board but I know that the Razer Lycosa is very popular among pro-gamers who don't use mechanicals.
Looking to buy a rubber dome or scissor (tenkeyless) gaming keyboard.
All the ones I've seen on Amazon and NewEgg are full size.
Any ideas?
Less travel (faster?)
Quiet

You do realized you asked about a rubber dome keyboard on a forum community dedicated to the best keyboards in the world right??Topre keyboards are rubber dome and quite well regarded here. I have an alphametric rubberdome with capacitive NKRO that is also very nice, but that's partially due to the excellent magnesium case. Rubber dome does not equate bad quality, and they certainly belong here. Topre have certainly found their place.

I'm not in to this kind of keyboard.
However since I used to have one of this , I would like to recommend it to you (if you really prefer scissor switch) :
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/en-us/p/sculpt-mobile-keyboard
Pros:
- Ergonomic
- Bluetooth
- Light weight -> mobility
- TKL
- scissor switch (under-graded)
Cons:
- Not cheap
- Non-mechanical
- Glossy finish
- Battery
- No flexible stand
Hope this can help. ;D

A mechanical meeting these requirements is the cherry G84-4***. I have a G84-4101SPAUS that I got on ebay for probably about $10. It has PBT keycaps (though it's more common to find them with lasered or pad print) and small. Cherry G84 (ML) switches are very quiet.
I used a cheap logitch rubberdome for gaming before I dug up a model M from our attic. You can have it if you like, but I can't imagine why you'd want it for anything. It's not great and only 2KRO.
By the way, the older slectric typewriters have (amazingly enough) 3KRO, whereas the newer wheelwriters have the 2KRO of all model M'sYou do realized you asked about a rubber dome keyboard on a forum community dedicated to the best keyboards in the world right??Topre keyboards are rubber dome and quite well regarded here. Scissor switch any day over RD.
SideWinder X6, although I'm not too fond of that kind of rubber dome, keycaps and layout in a way. And probably 2KRO.
BTW what kind of gaming? Wouldn't a nostromo or G13 work?
Why, WHY do people keep dropping M4's on the guy? Holy crap, even I hate the M4. It's a pile of crap.
No, you want one of these (http://www.clickykeyboards.com/index.cfm/fa/items.main/parentcat/9231/subcatid/0/id/486841). An IBM TrackPoint Keyboard. One, it's brand new. Two, it's thirty five bucks. Three, it's not Rubber Dumb. Four, it's a good keyboard.
TKL rubberdome? Heard these are nice...

I saw a TLK scissor-switch chiclet keyboard in a store once... but neglected to note down the manufacturer and model number. I have been trying to find it again, but no luck so far.It was apparently for a Samsung all-in-one PC (http://www.engadget.com/2012/06/04/samsung-series-7-all-in-one-pc/). I don't think the keyboard is sold separately.
I would say scissor is better than dome
