Hi,
I wanted to replace my Ducky Shine 3 key caps with some nicer ones and still keep the LED look. I found these. I emailed the person and they said that even though they are ABS plastic, they have a textured surface to them so they don't feel slipery. I am thinking about going for them. Does anyone have any knowledge on these particular keycaps?

EDIT: scratch that--just looked carefully at the zoomed in photos. These have been available from a vendor or two on eBay. Could be too bright in practice.

To bright? Please explain :)

The caps are transparent along the back and far top side. Will let a lot more light through. Ducky Shine LEDs are at the far top side--right under the more transparent areas.

Been eyeing these for my Shine 3 as well. There's just not a lot of good options which I'm aware of, currently.

SP has clear blank polycarb sets for $40, if you don't want legends. Personally I prefer the look of these to the Max Keyboard ones.
Or Ducky have a few sets of their own - grey, white, purple.
Aaand someone in Classifieds is selling a set of Ducky pink IIRC.

There's also this similar translucent ABS keycap set (http://www.ebay.com/itm/KBC-Semi-Clear-ABS-104-Keyset-Cherry-MX-Keycaps-/330853929008?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item4d086e5030) that Feng is selling.
