The would be good in a custom Alps board for keys like spacebar and enter if you wanted less sound.

If nothing else, what is 2 sets of PBT Alps-compatible caps worth?

No shipping yet - I'm planning to get someone to proxy it to me here in Brazil.
Shipping straight to Brazil would be expensive (so so 50 bucks) and I'm only interested in the switches ...

Sometime ago I got 12 wyse keyboards and JDCarpe helped me with them, however, I haven't talked with him yet ...

Yes, I think you are right - 50 bucks was the price to ship only one (last time I saw).
