Title: anybody playing Neverwinter? -- Free MMO, seems half decent

So last week I got in the ESO (elder scrolls online) beta stress test, and it was 3 of the best gaming hours of my life. I've been a gamer since I was 7, handing my NES controller to my dad so he can do my Link's Awakening dungeons for me because I didn't like them. That being said, ESO has awoken the love of MMOs I've lost over the last couple years, and I realized it's because, well, there aren't exactly any good options. SWTOR was the last MMO to come out that was worth half a ****, and in the end, I didn't find it all that engaging.

Anyways, so since ESO is coming, I decided to pick up a Nostromo and get used to playing with it, so when ESO releases, I'm ready to kick some ass. So Neverwinter apparently has a similar combat system to ESO so I went for it, and it is pretty alright. Questline is engaging, skill trees are reminiscent of classic DnD 3.5 ed (though, had to be modified to work in an MMO). And combat is simple, yet not boring.

So, Anybody want to play with me? Give me a shout here.

Confused about if this thread is about ESO or NWN... Either way, I'm a WoW player, but am looking forward to ESO.  I'll most likely play a wood elf or a lizard in ESO.  Never played NWN...  Blizzard BT: Espexeros#1493 .....  Add me if you play WoW, or just pm me when ESO goes live.

Definitely don't play WoW anymore, but I'll give you a shout when ESO starts up. I've already got like 15 people who're joining with me from various games I've played in the past. Plan to put the old raiding guild back together.

But in the mean time, Neverwinter! I'm on the Beholder server, name Idris. Anyone playing, give me a shout.

You're late to the party, the Neverwinter train has already come and gone. A bunch of my friends from one of my MMO guilds and I played together for a little while, but quit cuz it turned out to be what all F2P games are - ****.

zomg ESO is one of the games I have been waiting for... heck I can't remember another game I was actually excited to play other than WoW... well maybe crysis but that was all hype

neverwinteronline is pretty fun, but it's time has come and gone already (it's unfortunate, I wish it wasn't so)
