Anyone know what dyesub is and why it is favorable?

Dye sublimation is a process where heat is used to impregnate a material with a dye. This is different to printing in that printing forms a layer of paint on top of the plastic, whereas dye sublimation causes the dye to sink into the plastic. Dye sublimation was a popular method for keycap printing in the 1980s and 1990s. Because the dye permanently stains the plastic, it cannot be worn off like paint, and unlike laser printing, it can be used to easily print a mixture of different colours.

OOOOOh so the keys fade much slower than just normal printing?

Well dye sub is "permanent" so it shouldn't ever fade. Pad printing and laser are both added to the top of the key cap, so it's possible to rub it off over time due to erosion. Dyesub bakes it into the plastic so it doesn't fade. Doubleshot keys also don't fade because the legends are plastic :) take a look at the source I sent and you'll see the other types.

Maybe instead of making threads for every thought you have, you could consolidate it into one. Or look into the easily available resources that would answer all of your questions without you making a thread at all.

Joking aside much of what the OP asked is easily researchable on the internet. Two seconds on Google would have revealed what dye sublimation is.
