Oh man... this is a pretty damn good deal... Makes me want to pick up a red one because it's so pretty, even though I don't need one :))
-
wow 9.99 great deal :p
-
I was interested enough to pick it up. I was already picking up a nostromo to mod for a friend of mine, so I was already paying for shipping. Figured 10 bucks wasn't out of my way.
-
Bought 4 last time, it was like 14.99 each.
-
That is awesome deal
-
Awesome deal! Too bad no side buttons make me rage and lose more hair.

Anyone know how this compares to the Abyssus? I mainly play Starcraft. Thanks!
-
It's similar to the Abyssus, but I like the buttons on the Kinzu more. Pro version is the one to get, but do note that it only has 4 dpi settings: 400, 800, 1600, and 3200.

I have an Abyssus and a Steelseries Sensei, which is a similar shape to the Kinzu. For palming the mouse I much prefer the Steelseries. Also the Abyssus has rubber/plastic cable insulation that combined with the lightweight Razer plastic makes it feel like a $10 mouse. I've really enjoyed the SteelSeries mice and am excited to add one of their opticals to my collection. Can't really take the Sensei on the road since the laser sensor is so particular.

Can you elaborate on what makes the pro different besides redness? I looked on both Steelseries's website and the woot specs and couldn't find anything different.

The Pro version has Omron switches for the mouse buttons.

Ah, great. They should do a better job showcasing that. Thanks.

I have the blue one and the glossy back gets dirty pretty fast for me because of a little sweat:(.
-
Is there a way to get free shipping on these? It's $14.99 after shipping.

Not that I know of. Updating thread title with the real cost.

Ended up buying one, it's just too cheap to pass on in order to have a backup gaming mouse.
-
Haha I snagged one of these last time w00t did this. Great mouse for a great price :)
