Title: What's included with a Filco?

I'm seriously thinking about plopping down all the money I'm getting for Christmas this year on a Filco Majestouch, but I have just one question:
On gMarket they have the Majestouch with blues showing the keyboard roof: http://img.icoda.co.kr/itemphoto_66600/85601/1190884867.jpg
and they also have the roof as a separate (http://global.gmarket.co.kr/challenge/neo_goods/goods.asp?goodscode=121196102&pos_shop_cd=SH&pos_class_cd=111111111&pos_class_kind=T&keyword_order=Filco) item.  I can't read anything other than English and French, so anybody who knows, it the roof included or what?

I lied, one more question:  whats the average shipping costs for the overseas shipping? (To IN)

Mine didn't come with a roof like the one I bought for my Topre 86, but it did come with a tight fitting thin plastic cover, which I really liked. If I were to buy another Filco, I would just use the factory keyboard cover and not buy that (ugly) roof for it.

Shipping to WI was thirty or forty.
