I'm sorry about that, because i am beneath the 60 posts, does that make me unreliable?

Yes, having 18 posts makes you un-trustworthy.

The classifieds is where you need to go to sell, that has a 60 posts minimum to discourage dishonest people, since getting to 60 posts takes more dedication than most scammers are willing to put in, at least without spamming. Although spamming will get them either a ban or at least a reputation as someone you might want to stay away from.

So short answer; no, having less than 60 posts does not mean you're not a trustworthy person, but there is a 60 post limit for everyone in an effort to keep the not so trustworthy people away.

Who is mr.whistles?

English expression; bells and whistles, meaning extravagant, the whole package, that sort of thing. Because everyone loves car analogies; if you say you want a car with all the extra equipment then you could say "I want the bells & whistles model".

Edit: Apologies if this is poorly explained, I'm pressed for time so I'm not able to word it better at the moment
