After buying so many keyboards, I just realized that I can't even type properly. :(
When I press the backspace and right shift, I bent my right hand wrist and that hurts the wrist after typing for while. :(
Any suggestion for the proper way to press those keys?
Thanks in advance.

Well, you are supposed to be using just your right pinky finger to press R. Shift key and the Backspace key.
The alternative, if you have small hands is twist your wrist as you are doing, or to pivot your whole arm from the shoulder, removing your right hand from the home row, and using you ring finger or middle finger. This is not optimal, as it causes more fatigue and slower typing, but might be your best solution.

I like this idea a lot. Would be a bit difficult to get used to but I think it would be super nice in the long run.

Exactly. As a Colemak user, I appreciate this additional Backspace.
For shifts, you have to alternate your hand, i.e. press left shift when you need the right uppercase KEYS, and vice versa.

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...
ok...
On standard staggered qwerty keyboard do the following
turn " ; " colon/semicolon-key into right shift
turn capslock into right-ctrl
turn ] key into back space along with \ key.. so you have 2 backspace keys that you can rock for double speed backspacing.

:)) You never cease to amaze TP.
Personally, my pinky isn't long enough to reach backspace without moving my wrists, so I just hit it with my right ring finger. R Shift is pinky all th way

I am in the same situation, I use ring finger to press the backspace. But in order to do this, I have to twist/bent my wrist and that's the hurt comes from.
I think I will try map the caplock to backspace to see how it goes.
Thanks all for the help.

I'm telling you the brackets [ ] and forward-slash \ use all 3 keys for backspace..
The reason you want to use \ is because it's easier to find since it's at the end.
the reason you want to use [] is because it's closer to your ring finger, and you can backspace right away without having to lift you hands, and just use your ring finger...
you can move the [] to the bottom where right-ctrl and right-alt is.. since those are seldom used...

A lot of people prefer capslock as an alternate to shift, but I still use both of my pinky's to press both backspace and shift.

Using [] as the backspace actually makes more sense since I am used to use my right hand for backspace. I will give it a try, thanks

My situation is similar to you. I have a small hand, I can't use my pinky finger or ring finger to press to backspace. So I use my middle finger to press the backspace. I think one possible solution is change "/" to backspace .

change backspace to question mark...
There are so many uncommonly used keys that you can switch around...
think outside the box.. in this case, the layout that's been give to you.
People look at a keyboard, and they often don't think it's possible to rearrange it, because they see it as a fixed thing.
This is not true... windows key remapper tool
