Can someone please explain this?
-I like how he has the green and the black, but i want red/black but cant get my head round his wording, any help would be appreciated!
I'm not sure what i means by "base set - black (ndy)"

They have base sets and modifier sets. In the pic the green is the modifier. So what you want to order to get a black base and red modifier is 'base set black' and 'modifier set red'
There are also links to pdfs under the pic showing what keys are included with each set.

base set are alpha keys, F row and number row
modifiers are everything green that you see in that picture (spacebar, **** etc. etc.)
So if you want red/black colorway you should add to cart black base set and red modifier set.
I hope this helps
Edit: got ninja'd...

Incidentally, anybody know if it's possible to use any combination of these on a numpad, or do these just work for 80% and 60% boards?

Looks like there isn't an option for numpad kits, so I'd assume not.

K. Thought as much, but just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something.
Thanks!

You can, every key in DSA every key is the same profile except for f and j. Not sure If I read the question right though.
