Title: Removing key cap from costar stabilizer?

How do i remove a key from a costar stabilizer (pulling the thin metal out of the white thing)?

Pull the keycap off the switch. 
Push keycap to one side (left or right). 
Lift.

Thanks! Theres no point in putting orings on the +'s with the stablizers on them right? Just the middle one right?

That is right, just setting the O-rings in the middle one (the one that mounts to the swtich) will do since its costars and the sides don't come into contact with anything at all.
