I'm sure this has been done before but I thought I'd share my experience converting a Kinesis Advantage to Cherry Blues.

68 new Cherry Blue switches - This is the most expensive part of the swap. Unless you can get a better deal, these run around $1 per switch.
uh...
if you buy a new keyboard (razer blackwidow/qfr) and desolder them, you are probably getting them for cheaper. just for next time... also if you buy them directly from 7bit they are cheaper.
