If so, what do you think of it? Is it worth it to buy? I really want a Bluetooth mechanical keyboard and Matias silent one isn't my type (no pun intended ;) ). I like noise!!! ;D

I like mine a lot. I got a red switch one and it's been good to me. It's built solid and I've had no issues switching between connected devices either.
Now, they are or have already released a value edition with a thinner pcb and comes in more switch options, so build quality might be a bit different than mine. But it's not like they're impossible to do stem swaps in to get clicky switches

I have one, and it's not bad. The keycaps aren't the best quality, but you could always buy another set to replace them. Mine has MX Blues -- not my favorite switch, so I don't use the keyboard very often. But when I did use it, it felt good, and the BT switching does work. It takes some time to get used to, but it works.

I was thinking about the blue switch. The issue is i heard that they are going to come out with a tenkeyless version. I would love that but i am tired of waiting. Thanks. I think i will buy it. Just so i am clear, i can use the same keyboard for all my devices easily? Thanks.

I wouldn't speak for all BT devices, but I was able to switch between my PC, my Android phone, and my Nexus 10 (also Android) without any issues.

Works smooth with iOS, too.

I'll do point by point commentary:
Single layer/sided PCB. There are durability issues with Single layer PCB. I am surprised Yeager approved this.
Unpainted case. Unpainted cases are usually ugly. I'll keep an open mind about this, but I am not optimistic. Most keyboard you see on the market are painted, only exception I am aware is Realforce. I may talk trash about Realfarce, but their case really do not need the paint to hide the ugliness (of course I still have to point out for 300 dollars, you still get a warped case). But I digress...
No UV coating on the keycaps. There was an original version in the Taiwanese groupbuy that came without UV coating. Only 1 batch of these "value edition" were made. They went for 3999NTD I believe.
No R5... Trust me, you don't want the R5... R4 is fine.
They have wire stabilizers (aka Costar). I'll have to ask who this is built by. I suspect it is built by the same factory as before.
No aluminum name plate on the back.
No fancy manual that folds into a calender. Ierno. No care.
