An interesting split keyboard, DSI have a similar one but not with the same key layout which makes this item more unique

Edit:actually not a DSI, its actually kinesys sold on the dsi site

That is an interesting layout, but it looks like it's fixed height/angle. The μTRON (http://
http://www.personal-media.co.jp/utronkb/) site says says it's capacitive:

Their TK1 also looks strange:

That middle trackpad looking thing I guess is for inputing kanji with the pen.

Could also just be a touchpad - see the Omnikey Evolution.

I missed the features list. It's adjustable and uses Topre capacitive key switch:

That uTron keyboard looks very nice, especially with the Topre switches.  But $565?

To each his/her own, but that is the ugliest board I've seen in a while:

1) I'd never be able to hit that space bar...it sort of has the whole erase ease thing going with the backspace where the right thumb goes; however, it's backwards. I'd bet that most right-handed users would be used to using their right hand for the Space, and since the space bar is hit more than the backspace...can we say "major design flaw"?

2) It's nice not having a very prominent Caps Lock key, but since they put the Ctrl where the shift is located...I foresee problems there as well.

3) The Enter and Tab are just ridiculous.

Just look at the friggin thing, when there are many very nice Topre boards already out there with small form factors. And, why are some of the letter keys different sizes...how often do you actually need Z for it to be so dominant?

Here's a picture of the underside so you can see how it adjusts:

the space bar's on the right side (the left) but what a whacko position for it.

I don't like that there are some keys under the space bar.  I would think that they would get in the way and be easy to press accidently.
