this is former dignitas progamer seleCT's catchphrase. shout SUP SON within 5 miles of him and goes like this:

this is mashby, hashby and cptbadass and i'd half-shrug version of select's saying. mashby can explain the full provenance, but the basic idea is this. you know bob's big boy?

yah, him. his name is shoney. mashby and hashby and cptbadass and i were sitting in the car talking at the wisconsin border and then eating brunch when mashby told me some catchphrase he used involving the word shoney and what i heard was "what up shoney?" and we just ran with it.

This abandoned house near my college/university always had this graffiti'd on it. ALWAYS. The owners would white wash it and it'd be back up that night. It because sort of a catch phrase at school. To me and my friends, it means that instead of (or with the *****ing), you make something happen. Don't talk about it, do it.
