I'm kinda new to this, but I seen some lubings done by WhiteFireDragon, so it's not a problem now. Anyway, is it necessary to lube switches after a few months or so, or just a 1 time thorough lube will last for a long time? But somehow I can't find where to buy that tool to dismantle MX switches cover. Help would be appreciated.

It is not necessary to do maintenance on the switches. Lubing is mostly a matter of taste.
If you lube the switches, they should become somewhat smoother. They will also become somewhat smoother with more use. The lube in lubed switches should last for a lifetime.
Most modern keyboards have the switches mounted on a plate. That plate makes it difficult to open switches without desoldering them from the circuit board. Soldering is quite invasive, with many opportunities for screwing up and breaking something - so you wouldn't want to do that unnecessarily.

You're also going to need a custom plate with that in order to open the switches.
