Are there any (widely) available keyboards out there that feature a "ISO 150" layout, e.g. ISO with 1.5, 1, 1.5, 7, 1.5, 1, 1.5 bottom row?
I know the Matias Quiet Pro does have this layout as does the Phantom.
Both, 75% and fullsize would do as long as it's available with Cherry MX (preferrably blue, but I know my way around a soldering iron, so the switch color is no dealbreaker)
Oh, and USB is probably required although PS/2->USB should work on a Mac too, right?

Older Cherry keyboards, The G80-1501 comes to mind.

I'd go for a Phantom. It supports the ISO150 layout, is programmable, you get to choose the switches, is USB and I think works on mac (don't know since I'm not a mac guy)
Plus, it's a really fun weekend project to solder together!

Yeah, I noticed that mechanicalkeyboards.com sells the PCBs, but where would I get a mounting plate? All I've seen so far came from group buys that have finished by now. :(
Oh, and having to assemble it myself is no problem, I own a soldering station and know how to use it.

Keyboards with 6-unit space bar, 1.5u mods and two 1-unit keys on the right side between Alt and Ctrl are more common. Qpad, CM Storm TK, Razer BW, Tesoro Durandal, ... Several of them are probably from the same manufacturer.

Edit: No, it has not 1.5 mods. Except for the extra macro keys and buttons, It is almost the right layout. The Alt keys are 1.5, but the Ctrl keys are actually 1.75u! I had not noticed that at first.
Most pictures of it are of the US-ANSI version which has a big-ass Enter and a short right Shift, but in ISO, it has a vertical Enter and normal-sized Shift keys . Cherry MX Black.

True, they are way more common, but I'm specifically looking for the ones without the second 1x1 key on the right of the spacebar. There's no use for that key on the Mac, so why have it on the keyboard? Besides, I like the symmetry :)

I would go for an original cherry board.
I have a G80-1501HAD which has NKRO too, you just need a DIN->PS2 adapter.
It's hard to find them with UK ISO keycaps, but if you can ignore the legends the DE ISO ones (which are far more common) should be just fine.
The keycaps are some of the best available anywhere and the boards are very sturdy. They are also PCB-mount so you can modify them easily and are very cheap (£50 maximum for one in good condition?)

the_beast has an ISO 150 plate for sale but it is an odd layout because it has a split backspace.

The old Cherry boards don't have keys in the 1x1 slot which doesn't work for me. On a Mac keyboard you'd have the following layout in the bottom row:
Ctrl (1.5) - Alt (1) - Cmd (1.5) - Space (7) - Cmd (1.5) - Alt (1) - Ctrl (1.5)
While you can live happily without the windows keys on a Windows PC, having no Cmd - or no Alt - on a Mac doesn't work since you actually need these keys for a lot of shortcuts.
