Hi everyone, it's been 4months using my Filco ninja. I didn't notice there's a damaged on the side of the keyboard case until I clean them due to the dust. At first, I thought it's a dust, but when I smudge it with my finger, it feels the plastic is is like somehow damaged. I'm not planning to buy a custom case in the future. Here a picture of it :

Lastly, I just want to know anyone who own this, is it a common issue or the edge of the keyboard case is smooth.

My filco doen't have this issue, but I don't think it is a big deal.

It's not an exposed surface, so I wouldn't do anything. Especially if you intend to really use the board. Before long it will be all nice and broken in... dusty and shiny. ^-^

Uh, cause I got this feeling when I think about it. A glossy car when it got damaged and leave it there. Can see stains on it. Something like that.

I can't see the damage. But RMA if there is some kind of defect. You paid a lot of money. There should be no warped edge or w/e is wrong with it. It should be normal. Not perfect, but normal. And yours is not normal.

Ignore it. You remind me of a guy who RMA'd a Filco because it had a defect on the PCB. Turned out to be a screw hole.
