Title: Paint/Spray/Dip Keycap to change color?? Help?
Post by: concept73 on Tue, 17 September 2013, 04:35:45
Has anyone considered spraying/painting keycaps?

Im finding it a little dificult to find Topre caps other than the limited sets at EK, so what im thinking about buying a set then maybe spraying/coating so then i can have the colors and design i'd like,

Any help/advice on this would be appreciated!

If the key caps are ABS, you are pretty well out of luck. Some people paint them, but I am skeptical.

If they are PBT, however, you can do a lot.
