^^ I really really like that whole board actually I think thats what i want to start as a project those white keycaps are amazing!

Looks like WASD white keycaps (EDIT: more likely white PBT dyesub)  with Japan mods, red CTRLs, and some odd looking thing for ESC.

There are alot of those type of keycaps for sale on taobao.
