Looks like he has previously sold Hack Orange Topre for GBP 60 and Mintgum Topre for GBP 34.
Might be a rough guideline for reserve.

Well, it was probably depth black (which is pretty much the only black for skulls), however you can't really distinguish colors with cell phone photography on ebay. There is just so much variability in the color temperature of the lighting and the camera quality, and of course the color fidelity of you monitor plays a role as well. So, really you have to trust the description, and hope the seller knows what he is talking about. Also you have to trust in the lack of something I call "fraudulence".
