I read somewhere that mouse wrist rests are bad from an ergonomical point of view as they increase the pressure in your wrist.

I never did like them.  I find them very uncomfortable and that they tend to limit motion.

I've always enjoyed a good chunk of cheese, rather than slices. Shredded cheese on avocado on refried beans (heated in the oven until the cheese melts a little) makes a great dip / topping for nachos though. :D

Also, I've pretty much never used a wrist rest for anything until I tried the Filco, and I don't use that one too often either. It's a nice rest though. Oh, there are also rests that look like chinese style pineapple buns.
