Subjects says it. I've found a large variety of mousepads in many different materials but they all have ugly graphics. I'm looking for something for a corporate environment.
Any ideas? :thumb:

The Artisan mousepads? Or the SteelSeries QCK+ and you can cut off the logo?

^^ this is what I have, I can recommend both of these.

Mionix pads have minimal branding, Ulti-Mat pads also have very little branding. Quick search doesn't turn up anything with less branding until you get up to deskpad size. There are a few deskpads which have very little, or no, branding.

I second the Artisan mouse pads.

I'm going to give the Artisan Hayate a spin, thanks guys!
-
Steelseries QcK series?
-
I like my XTrac FatPad. Not sure if that counts as without graphics.

I second the Artisan mouse pads.
I 3rdly recommend Artisan intensely ;) . Brilliant product range.

Personally I think Artisan Shiden looks really really nice, only drawback is that it seems to cause cursor jump on my Naga (Philips Twin Eye Sensor). But doesn't seem to cause any issues on my other mice though.
:P
Though Hien and Hayate would probably be compatible with more other mice. But you can feel the slight speed difference in horizontal and vertical.

Get a Microsoft mouse.

Get a Microsoft mouse.
That won't help him considering he's looking for a mousepad...

Fine. Then get a Microsoft mousepad.

Of course it's better! Microsoft mousepads are always better. They reign supreme in the kingdom of mousepads.

Wowpad (http://www.microthin.com/prod_graphite.htm). Cheap, fits everywhere, gets the job done well.

Damn, you're Microsoft worship is equally proportional to my hatred of Razer. Amazing.......we almost think alike, except for the adoration part :thumb: .

I have a Artisan Shiden-Kai (large, x-soft, strawberry and milk) and absolutely no issues with my Naga 2014. From my understanding it still has the philips sensor of earlier models.
Anyway OP, I approve of your decision to go with an Artisan pad - they rock!
(if only they were available in more colors)

The artisans are so plain and yet somehow manage to look so sweet.
Can't wait for mine to arrive.

Well I've gone off mine because I prefer the FUNC 1030 to Artisan. Simply because I'm not a soft pad type of guy. It's gotta be hard and nothing else, because the heat of the mouse builds up in a soft pad as you fling it around but with the 1030 it just glides across so easily with no friction.
With the Soft pads you always need to apply KY all over the base of your rodent just to move it around furiously ;D .

And I prefer soft ones! Feels smoother.
Different strokes for different folks :)

I want to give the Artisan Hayate a try but that's quite a bit of money for a mousepad. I will probably cave in a few weeks and buy it anyway but for now I'm going to try out a Qck.
-
Get a Artistic Krystal View desk pad from Staples. Much larger than "mouse pads" and they don't wear out.

Problem solved ;)

I use one of these at work. Very comfortable after you get used to it.

I had one of those years ago, it was just too small. The so-called ball is no bigger than a marble maybe that was why I tossed it into the drawer as soon as I tried to use it. If Logitech bothered to make a REAL trackball device with a marble no bigger than 10cm (100mm) in diameter then I'll buy it/use it.
I suspect they only made that device for children because it's just too small for me to use.

Yeah, it is a bit on the small side, but very comfortable in my small work area. Just took a bit of dialing in with cursor speed.

I am a big fan of goliath mouse pads
If you want a 'semi-office' oriented pad you should check these out
Plus you'd be supporting (imho) one of the best crowd sourced games to come out ever!
Star Citizen!

Any FUNC mousepad? :)
-
I can recommend the Steelseries Qck Heavy version. Has a very small logo in the corner, and is top quality cloth pad for the price.
-
Steelseries S&S is a good one. Hard plastic, nice texture, rubberised underside. I also have an SX (aluminium pad) but it can be noisy depending on the mouse used (Roccat pyra is quiet, RAT3 is noisier, Logitech G9 somewhere in between).
The mouse glides so smoothly over them both, I can't go back to a soft pad.
-
Agree with the Artisans. If the price is not a problem for you that is ;D

Hien VE is very affordable if the textured surface does not disagree with you :)

So true, a hard surface is the most precise and quick compared to any cloth/material based mouse pad.
I tried to like using the Artisan but it just fails me completely. The old Func 1030 still rules in my world and it's now very old, and still looks like new (the very day I bought it all those years ago).
