I just saw Agents of SHIELD and was positively surprised.

Now, 'The Blacklist'.

Sounds like my list exactly. Only one I'd add is Hostages, the pilot episode was pleasantly unpredictable, I'm a sucker for a well-written show.

By that time, you know whether you can invest your time in watching a show that won't be canceled. Sometimes I will watch a new sitcom series from the beginning, like with The Office, HIMYM, 2 Broke Girls, or Big Bang Theory. Sometimes, I will start a new cable drama series and just hope for the best, as with Deadwood and The Walking Dead.

Today I am mourning my Breaking Bad.

I do need to check out House of Cards and Orange is the New Black, though.
