Yes, I want to mod the entire poker X with LEDs....wondering how difficult is that...because I heard from people that it is wayyyyyy harder to do it on pokerX than poker2.
This will be my last project...and after this I swear I will not buy any more keyboards......I SWEAR.

I think it's do-able. Iinm i saw the pcb on the poker X has led's slot. Err well if you wanna say it's harder, I'm not sure. Shouldn't soldering be similar for all ?

Yeah, it's called the ducky mini

Yes it is possible, but there is no circuit for the leds only holes in the pcb for them so you will have to use wires to create your own circuit and tie it straight to the usb 5v line with appropriate resistor. This means it will be on always, or you could add in a small toggle switch near the bottom rear of the casebody since there is room under pcb to have it select on/off. Anything more would require quite a bit more work if you want anything fancy like brightness level and such.
Smaller section of led like on wasd is much easier, can just tie it to esc lock or something.

yes....that does sounds kind of difficult...but meh I will just simply mod the QWER since I play league....that should be easy.

Yes, you can do that. I have modded a few for people that way, but on WASD. I come off the Esc LED for power. Then you can activate QWER LEDs when Esc-lock is on (Fn+Q).
