so my order from banggood was canceled and i decided to look for some other websites and i found this one,
http://en.jd.com/search?key=Mechanical%20keyboard&s=2&p=1&m=24
Which one do you suggest under 70$

That looks a little sketchy judging that bamggood has the same boards.

searched for top 10 chinease shopping websites and i found this on some list so i think it might be alright.

Hi Wickred
I hope you don't mind me asking, what happened with your order?
I was going to buy some more stuff from them and need it in time for Christmas, my first order took a white but the service was ok.
You might want to check the vendor list here on geekhack for alternatives, I would be very wary of any deal that looks too cheap
depending where you are, there are keyboards available for not much more, like the Coolermasters or Corsair, even QPAD mech's.

I hear that the CM Storm Quick Fire Rapid is relatively cheap for a mech. And you should be able to find it on amazon or you could try Qtans website (http://www.vendio.com/stores//E-sports-Gaming-equipments) (he has some good-priced keyboards, ~80$) or look on ebay. I think Feng works on ebay, I'm not sure.
I heard they are very friendly and customer-oriented. Maybe you could give them a try.

QFR or KeyCool are both good. KeyCool is generally slightly cheaper than QFR, but QFR comes out on wicked specials from time to time. Cheapest I have seen a QFR is about $50 (with MIR and discount and something else).
