Title: 0 Rings??
Post by: mini66 on Mon, 07 October 2013, 11:21:19
Where can I buy O rings in the UK, plus what size do I need for my Q-Pad 85 Cherry MX Red...or does it now matter? Is there just one kit for any keyboard...how does it work Thanks!

Not to sound insensitive, but you should really try to do more research before making a whole new thread to ask one question. And if you can't find what you're looking for, then I'd post in this thread: Simple Questions, Simple Answers (FAQ in the OP) (http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=40501.0)

To answer your question: WASD sells o-rings and ships internationally. Maybe this is what you're looking for: http://www.wasdkeyboards.com/index.php/cherry-mx-rubber-switch-dampeners.html

One size fits all for Cherry MX keyboards, as far as I know.

I believe there are actually some threads related to o-ring reviews.  I've installed both the 40a red rings from WASD, and the 50a black rings from Amazon, no issues with either.
