Starts at $49.99, but there's a Buy It Now option for $129.99. Only a tenner for shipping in the US. For those moments when you want to cut to the chase and own one without fighting for it.
Auction page. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=250343635086&ru=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.ebay.com%3A80%2Fsearch%2Fsearch.dll%3F%26satitle%3D250343635086%26fvi%3D1)
edit:
Clickykeyboards also has one used for $300 (http://www.clickykeyboards.com/index.cfm/fa/items.main/parentcat/9244/subcatid/0/id/381272). (ouch)

They (Clickykeyboards) also have a Dell At101W (http://www.clickykeyboards.com/index.cfm/fa/items.main/parentcat/9231/subcatid/0/id/382269) new-in-box "on sale" for $65 (was $80), which I'm sure is much better than the ones we all bought on eBay for $7 last week.

That just makes me mad. I am returning these ebay pieces of crap and getting the real deal for $65 each.
=-D
I bought 2 for the outrageous price of $10 each.

Mercen,
Thanks for the tip, hopefully I'll be able to snag it! I've wanted one far awhile but not for clickykeyboards's $300

Also be sure to look for 13H6705 or 13H6710 if you want a black M13.
82G3281 and another part number (that begins with 92G) that I can't remember off the top of my head are correct for a white M13.

Heh, someone got it for $76... was it one of us?

Yep, nabbed it!

I just got mine in this afternoon (the same guy apparently had four or five available through different auctions). The unit is in pretty darn good condition, except for a small blemish on the upper left corner of the board, and... the T key's spring is ****ed up. People who sell mechanical keyboards without bothering to do a simple one pass key press test should be shot in the face. Or kneecaps; I don't want to sound needlessly violent.
Okay, no big deal. I was planning on busting down the board for proper cleaning, so now I have to rip and drill out the plastic rivets as well. I've got everything disassembled, the keys are drying on the table, and I have all the rivets taken out. I've sorted through the springs and replaced the one that was obviously fubar, and replaced two more that were sounding rather weak. Tomorrow morning I'll start drilling through the studs and reassembling everything with nuts and bolts.
This model is definitely not to be confused with a genuine IBM made model M. The key caps are single piece, there are no metal reinforcement bars aside from one on the space bar, and the casing flexes with less effort. But it's black, it's sexy, and it's rare, so whatever.

Hi marcen,
I hope you'll succeed nuts and bolts adventure. If the mod finished without mistake,
the 'board will ROCK STEADY.

maybe it's made of MaxiSwitch for IBM.

Yeah, it's a Maxi Switch make, 1998. The funny thing is that even the legends on the keys are goofy, and some text is crooked as well as not fully printed. That is, on certain keys I can see tiny black flecks showing through the white, but after giving it a proper scraping I can say it's not from the writing wearing off.
My camera is acting all wonky, so I'll post some pics later.
