The ad's for the XT seem to indicate 'slim design' as a positive attribute. I'm curious how much lower profile it is in the real world?
-
I've got an XT and a ducky shine 2
-
I have a ducky 9008g2 and a QFR which is the tiny lil brother of the XT. They ducky seems to sit lower than the QFR, especcialyl when both have the risers on.
-
I think XT should have lower height than QFR, since XT was developed later also that "lower height" feature is new.
Also I think they meant body case height, so you should probably compare it with the risers propped in.
That being sorry I don't have either of those keyboard so I can't help you yet buddy. :(

potato pic ducky on left xt on right
-
can we see it with a ruler and same profile caps (just one by the ruler)?
-
They both have GMK caps.
-
Not meaningfully slimmer than a Ducky 1008. However, the 1008 is at work right now. I'd argue the 1008 standa taller in part due to larger legs than the XT.

thanks for the potato pics! looks like the XT is ever so slightly lower profile ...

The front edge of the ducky is slightly lower than the XT but the back side of the ducky is slightly higher. They are fairly close to being the same.
