You realize you can't tell anything from a single switch right?
I can clearly see that the topres on the hhkb are a more stable switch
smoother actuation
pleasant bottom out.
The cherrys seem rough and a little gritty through the press
PBT just feels so much more solid

Seriously people, we need to combine all the Topre-butthurt threads into a single thread. We already have Clack Therapy, now it seems we need Thopre Therapy...
Thorpe!!!
I seriously don't understand the long tradition with naming Topre as "Thorpe". I guess it must be related to the sound it makes when one punches the keys.

If, by long tradition, you mean a month or so...

Haha I really don't know. I've been sort of lurking on the forum before registering and spilling the beans on my purchases well before wanting to have everything here (hardware-wise) and then spilling the beans. I've just been looking through a fair few old threads and it just seems like "Thorpe" seems to be used quite alot.

Since you will just be continually trolled I will tell you where it came from. Recently a new member made yet another "what does Topre feel like", or maybe it was "topre versus mx". Anyway, he called it Thorpe. And so it began.
And uh....wtf is this thread about again?
