Hi!
15 years ago I bought a better Keyboard to improve my Worms Armageddon "roping"-skills :D and I fell in love as soon as I pressed the space bar for the first time. It was a G80-3000LQMDE and today it is dirty, has lost 3 keys, its case is broken and sometimes it doesnt react on my inputs. So I think its time to get a new one.
Is there a keyboard with a more "modern" look that feels exactly like my old Cherry or shall I try to get the same one again?

All I read was Worms Armageddon, so much awesome! Just get another cherry board!

Welcome to Geekhack!
As long a time as 15 years might sound, that is not long for a keyboard. My Model Ms are 18 and 20 years old and still going strong.
However if you have found a keyboard that is perfect for you, then by all means get another of the same, if you can find any.
If not, then list the things that you like most about the keyboard, and try to find another one with the same characteristics.

Ok. Hmm. What I like most about my keyboard is... hmm dunno whats the English word for it . It's the whole typing experience. The keys have the perfect resistance, I like their shape, I even like the sound, which is quite noisy. What I dont really like is this typical "hardware from the 90ies" look, especially this weird grey.
I dont care about programmable keys, I dont need no volume control or anything like that.

Typing feel is probably the most difficult thing to justify when recommending a keyboard to someone else.
MX blues, for example, in three different keyboards might feel completely different. I have MX blues in two Ducky Shine version 1, and they feel subtly different. My Trigger feels different again.
You might have to just buy a "modern" keyboard with similar specifications (switch, plate etc.) and try it - hopefully there is one that matches the feel of your original board.
Or maybe find another board similar to the one you have and salvage parts to repair it.

Seems you have a G80 with clear switch. That switch has a pretty low selection of available keyboards. Besides Cherry there are some models available from Keycool, Leopold and Ducky. Out of those only Cherry and Ducky offer DE layout (teraset seems to have DE clear G2Pro available). Leopold and Keycool only come in US layout. Cherry current G80-3000LQCDE-2 with USB comes in black which may not look as dated to you.

Otherwise, if it's actually clear there are a couple options, but if you want a clean, modern look and don't mind paying a slight premium, the wasd CODE might be good, but it's out of stock at the moment.
Deck sells an MX Clear, and it's high quality and has good keycaps, but it's by all that is holy the ugliest piece of steel I have ever seen.

I assume that you want to keep German layout...
There is a Ducky Shine with MX Clears, if you don't mind backlighting.
