Found it off the Diatec website: http://www.fcl.fujitsu.com/downloads/services/input-devices/fkb-8769.pdf http://www.diatec.co.jp/shop/det.php?prod_c=1347
I'm intrigued! Likely domes. Still, ANSI 87 Tenkeyless are rare!

I have a variation of it (a Fujitsu KB8738). It has horribly mushy rubber dome keys on a curved backplane. Rattly, lasered keycaps.
Sun Type 5 and Type 6 keyboard have the same type of internal sliders. Sun Type 6 has the same type of keycaps.
