I'm waiting for a third massdrop but from latest messages from organizers it seems I will have to wait few more weeks (plus importing to Poland which may take another week or two). I would really like to start producing cases for those keyboards but I don't want to submit my designs (and waste many thousands of €€€) to factories until I see them work with real keyboard.
So if you have an extra ErgoDox you don't use and need and would like to help me with developing a better case for it, please PM me. I can offer around 200-300€ for it depending on what is included (switches, keycaps, existing case).

If you want to source the parts yourself, mechanicalkeyboards.com has a PCB set for sale here (http://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=537)

Is it possible to buy Ergodox PCBs anywhere in Europe? I find it quite expensive to pay 27$ for shipping.

I got a brand new pair of Ergodox PCB (blue from Massdrop) and may want to sell them. I'm already in Europe so the shipping won't be as expensive.

I'm in for buying one of your cases so you're welcome to one of my partially assembled Ergodox's for your prototyping. I have the mechanicalkeyboards.com PCBs with the port expander, teensy, resistors and diodes mounted. No LEDs or keycaps. I also have the Cherry MX Blues off of a TVS-e Gold I can send with it.
When you're done with it and producing cases, you can ship it back to me with the case. I'll, of course, pay for the case and shipping to get the parts to you. I'm in the states so it would probably be faster to get one from Europe, but let me know.

I have sent quotes to many PCB companies in Poland but so far their prices for a batch of 40 ErgoDox PCBs were not cool, the lowest was 80€ for preparation and 11.50€ for a PCB (and you need 2 for the keyboard), so that's not cool, but not all of the companies replied yet.

I ended up buying a set of PCBs from MechanicalKeyboards.com, as it is the cheapest I've seen outside of a groupbuy.
I'll slowly buy the stuff I need to build the keyboard.
